THE playset is FINALLY done!

Here it is and it turned out fantastic! BIG thanks to Dad for all of his hard, hard work. We are looking forward to lots of fun in the backyard now...in the shade!
Steve and our one friend, my coworker Wil, who offered to help shovel 8 tons of rock. It took them about 3 1/2 hours. They worked fast and Lake kept them going by feeding them pretzels from his picnic table as they dumped their rock.

Turning 33!

Steve and Lake made me a birthday cake...Lake stirred it with his red screwdriver. They were very proud!

Steve and I went to the Gold Hill Inn for my birthday and Lake had his first sleepover ever with his friend, karsten.

Labor Day!

We went to Pearl Street for the Boulder Hometown Fair with the Seidels for Labor Day. Lake and Karsten had fun running up and down the shuffle board. Lake was yelling, "I love this game".

Here are the boys riding the train!

Camping with the Huntoons

We went to Ceran St. Vrain and camped along the St. Vrain River. This trip renewed the camper in us. Lake has to eat breakfast on the front deck every morning now. Twice he has said, "go home". When I tell him we are home he says, "camp site". Yes, his dad is very pleased.

Our new iPhones

Most of you know that Steve has been wanting one for a while. I couldn't resist showing you what fun they are :)

Lake's Playset

Steve has been working so hard to get Lake's playset finished and we're almost there. Only 8 tons of rock to dump in. By the way, Lake does have a diaper on and for those of you who know me already know that it's probably not cold even if you see me in a sweatshirt. I didn't want anyone to think poor Lake is freezing!
