The pool in our hotel pumped water from the Dead Sea and mixed it with hot water. I spent some time here after the Dead Sea to warm up and then came back in the morning when it was for women only. You can completely relax while floating, you can't sink. I was sad we only stayed here one night. Guess I'll have to go back.
